About the role
- Data Scientist designing and deploying AI agents and copilots for clients' business needs. Developing scalable solutions with Microsoft technologies and leading AI initiatives in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Build AI agents and copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Develop automated workflows using Power Automate / Azure Logic Apps
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems via APIs, connectors, and Azure services
- Implement RAG architectures, grounding, semantic search using Azure OpenAI and Azure Cognitive Search
- Ensure security, governance, and responsible AI practices across agent ecosystems
- Collaborate with architects, analysts, and business teams to deploy scalable AI solutions
- Design and build agentic systems from scratch, including orchestration, memory, reasoning, and tool-use patterns
- Consult with clients to understand business needs, identifying opportunities where AI, specifically LLMs, can add value
- Help prioritize the backlog and define business cases for GenAI-based initiatives
- Architect and design scalable AI solutions that integrate LLMs and generative AI technologies
- Lead development of MVPs, collaborating with data scientists, ML engineers, and client stakeholders
- Provide thought leadership on best practices for deploying and scaling AI models in production
- Guide clients on AI governance, data privacy, model interpretability, and responsible AI practices
- Drive the design of autonomous AI agents, copilots, and multi-agent systems for enterprise use cases
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI architecture, with strong focus on consulting and LLMs
- Proven track record in building and deploying large-scale AI models, including hands-on experience with LLMs
- Demonstrated experience in building AI agents and agentic systems from scratch
- Strong experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Copilot
- Knowledge of Azure OpenAI and other common LLM platforms
- Excellent communication skills to bridge technical solutions with business objectives
