About the role
- Senior Software Engineer responsible for implementing and supporting MES at Bright Machines. Collaborating with software teams to optimize manufacturing workflows and processes.
Responsibilities
- Implement and deploy Dassault Apriso MES to support Bright Machines’ manufacturing operations
- Configure and extend Apriso and build integrations with enterprise and automation systems
- Develop and validate MES workflows to ensure reliable execution of manufacturing processes
- Partner with other software teams, operations, IT, and vendors to deliver MES solutions
- Troubleshoot and optimize MES performance and data accuracy in production environments
Requirements
- B.S. or M.S. degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience implementing or supporting MES or manufacturing software systems
- Strong understanding of manufacturing execution, shop-floor workflows, and system integration
- Ability to work across diverse compute environments (Windows, Linux, on-prem, cloud)
- Experience interfacing with manufacturing hardware or industrial data sources
