Responsibilities
- We are looking for a creative and tech-oriented **Web Designer** to join our team at **Boussias**, working on the digital ecosystem of **Boussias Events Awards**.
- The role focuses primarily on **web design and digital production**, involving the management and evolution of Awards websites, digital assets and platform integrations (training will be provided where needed).
- You will work within the **New Media Τeam**, contributing to the design, implementation and continuous improvement of high-visibility digital projects.
- This position covers a **Paternity Leave**, with a **strong possibility of conversion to a full-time role**, depending on performance and business needs.
- As part of the role, you will also support and gradually expand the use of **automation and AI-powered workflows**, helping improve efficiency in content handling, data transformation and digital production (e.g. transforming structured exports into WordPress-ready content for case studies).
Requirements
- Experience in **Web Design and Web Implementation**
- Strong knowledge of **WordPress**
- Understanding of **UI/UX principles** and attention to detail
- Familiarity with **automation workflows or scripting**
- Practical experience or strong interest in **AI tools** and their application in digital workflows
