Responsibilities
Own the editorial content calendar for Boomi’s global corporate social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook
Write and edit platform-optimized social content, adapting messaging for each channel
Help develop and maintain the editorial voice for Boomi’s corporate social media presence
Partner with the Creative team and agency to ideate social concepts and shape creative assets
Support alignment between social content, brand messaging, and broader marketing initiatives
Contribute to editorial best practices that guide how Boomi shows up on social media
Schedule and publish content using Sprinklr
Monitor and engage with Boomi’s social media audiences, responding as the voice of Boomi corporate social media
Support timely and reactive engagement while adhering to brand and governance standards
Requirements
3–5 years of corporate experience in social media, content creation, communications, or marketing (post-undergraduate)
Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated social media writing experience
Experience creating and publishing organic social media content for corporate or brand channels
Ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging social content
Understanding of how to optimize content by platform (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook)
Comfort working in a fast-paced, global environment
