Responsibilities
- Lead assigned team for value-added cybersecurity risk management services
- Foster individual development, teamwork, and performance management
- Manage employees performing information security activities in accordance with policy related to RMF
- Support efforts necessary to obtain/maintain Authority to Operate (ATO)
- Develop and execute project and process plans, implements policies and procedures
- Acquire resources for projects and processes, provide technical management of subordinates
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners
- Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes
Requirements
- Successfully completed Tier 5 Investigation (T5)
- Ability to obtain access to Special Access Programs (SAP)
- 5+ years of experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams on large-scale technology development programs
- 5+ years of experience working with cybersecurity policies and RMF
- Experience in conflict resolution and/or mediation
- Experience in leading teams and team development
- Ability to obtain a Counter-Intelligence Polygraph
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience
- Active Counter-Intelligence or Full Scope Polygraph
- Currently hold certification in good standing to satisfy IAM Level III (CISSP, GSLC, or CISM)
