About the role

• Product Designer responsible for design solutions and user experience at Banco Bmg. Collaborating in a hybrid work setting to innovate banking services.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in evolving and maintaining product consistency;
• Work together with the Product Owner (PO) on prioritization, understanding business requirements and building the product vision;
• Work end-to-end in the design process;
• Use different design methods, such as journey maps, navigation flows, prototyping, research, testing, and others;
• Conduct research focused on deep user understanding (e.g., usability tests, benchmarking and interviews);
• Create solution hypotheses based on available data or data gathered from experiments run in the product;
• Document and share the user insights obtained;
• Propose tools and improvements to the design process that increase team productivity, supported by arguments and evidence.

Requirements

• Experience with Discovery and Delivery processes in the product cycle;
• Proficiency in Figma;
• Proven experience designing interface solutions based on data;
• Ability to analyze the end-to-end user journey to ensure the best experience;
• Experience with UX methodologies: user journeys, personas, service blueprint, etc.;
• Experience facilitating co-creation workshops and dynamics;
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team;
• Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Design, Communication or related fields;
• Preferably experience in the banking and/or financial sector;
• Knowledge of Design Systems;
• Experience with agile methodologies for product development.
