- Assist with the preparation and analysis of General Ledger accounting and accounts payable reports
- Support month-end close by performing account analysis, reconciliations and documentation of supporting schedules with timely follow up
- Process and review company expenses in Concur for multiple legal entities and ensure complete and correct GL coding in a timely manner
- Provide adhoc reporting and analysis as needed
- Assist with building, maintaining and documentation of a strong internal control environment
- Assist with documenting and building presentations for finance processes
Requirements
- Candidate must currently be enrolled in an Undergraduate/Graduate Program, preferably majoring in accounting, business or related course of study
- Familiarity with accounting and financial control principles
- Strong Analytical, problem-solving and collaboration skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to balance and successfully complete multiple priorities on time
- Strong organizational skills with a heave process orientation
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools
