Responsibilities
Responsibility for quantitative market research projects, in particular representative consumer and business surveys
Managing project implementation from kick-off to publication of results
Designing study methodologies and preparing proposals
Providing expert advice and client support
Designing questionnaires and programming surveys
Commissioning and coordinating field service providers
Checking and analyzing results data using statistical software (SPSS)
Preparing results presentations with PowerPoint and presenting study findings
Preparing datasets for the database and visualizing results for the Bitkom Dataverse (using Power BI)
Close collaboration with colleagues from relevant departments, the press, and executive management
Requirements
University degree with outstanding academic results
At least two years of professional experience in market research, ideally with links to the digital economy or digitalization
Very strong analytical skills and knowledge of quantitative survey methods
Confident user of SPSS or comparable analysis tools, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ideally experience with online survey tools
Initial experience with data visualizations (e.g., using Microsoft Power BI)
Excellent German and English language skills
Careful, structured, independent, and reliable working style
