About the role
- Solutions Delivery Lead managing SAP projects for United Therapeutics, focusing on finance solutions and system improvements. Collaborating with stakeholders and leading project timelines and deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Direct the end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions
- Serve as a subject matter expert across multiple SAP modules including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, asset accounting, product costing, tax, treasury, and profitability analysis/management reporting
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements, including test automation and streamlined workflows
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders, managing project timelines, deliverables, and expectations
- Ensure adherence to change management protocols and internal controls throughout the solution delivery lifecycle
- Support ongoing software upgrades and maintain financial master data integrity
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience supporting and maintaining a live SAP environment with a Bachelor's Degree or 6+ years of experience supporting and maintaining a live SAP environment with a Master's Degree
- 4+ years of hands-on SAP functional experience within cash management, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functional areas
- Experience with two or more areas of SAP FI/CO modules including general ledger, project systems, asset accounting, cost center, accounting, margin analysis, product cost controlling
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA cash management, treasury, and risk management
- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Concur, TrinTech, or other account reconciliation software, ServiceNow, and GL Wand (InsightSoftware)
- Experience in enterprise structure design and finance master data management
- Demonstrated success with achieving results in complex situations
- Ability to convert business needs into technical requirements and design robust technical solutions
- Strong time management skills with ability to multi-task without compromising quality
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
