Responsibilities
Build and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio and Power BI to monitor performance and business metrics
Implement, maintain, and audit conversion events and user tracking via Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Set up and manage tracking in Google Analytics 4, ensuring accurate measurement of the customer journey
Deploy AI and automation tools to optimize recurring processes, report generation, data integration, and anomaly detection
Analyze and report on the performance of digital campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Programmatic, etc.)
Identify optimization opportunities and improvements in funnels, audiences, creatives, and targeting
Collaborate with marketing, product, and BI teams to align business goals with the data strategy
Collaborate with external agencies or small technical teams related to the area
Requirements
2 to 3 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on performance and digital marketing
Good familiarity with data analysis tools such as Looker Studio and PowerBI
Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, including events and conversions
Ability to generate actionable insights from performance campaigns and business KPIs
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, including dashboard creation, data compilation, and complex formulas
Experience analyzing advertising campaigns and business metrics
Familiarity with Firebase, Omega, Segment, or other attribution tools
Fluent spoken and written English
