Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the company’s GenAI foundations and shared capabilities
- Own the GenAI Foundations Roadmap
- Define and prioritize the key capabilities required to scale GenAI

Requirements
- 7–12+ years in :
- o Product / Platform roles
- o Program leadership
- o Tech strategy or consulting
- Experience in :
- o AI / GenAI environments
- o Cross-functional delivery at scale
- o Building internal platforms or shared capabilities
- Skills :
- o Strong understanding of GenAI concepts (LLMs, RAG, agents, etc.)
- o Proven ability to drive complex initiatives end-to-end
- o Excellent stakeholder management at senior level
- o Strong structuring and prioritization skills
- o Product mindset applied to internal capabilities
