About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all Mexico tax compliance activities
- Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns for all entities
- Oversee Agape tax regime compliance and reporting
- Coordinate and review quarterly and annual tax packages
- Establish internal controls over tax processes
Requirements
- Bachelor´s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 10+ years of progressive tax experience
- Public Accountant certification (CPA/CPC)
- Master’s degree in Taxes, Finance, or Business Administration preferred
- Strong experience with US GAAP and Mexican GAAP
- Advanced knowledge of Agape tax regime and agricultural tax structures
- Fluent in English and Spanish
