About the role
- UI/UX Designer at Bernoulli revolutionizing education through AI-driven products. Focus on user-centered design and collaboration with engineering teams to enhance digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design experiences for AI-powered products (e.g., recommendations, content generation, chatbots, automated corrections, etc.).
- Create conversational flows and interactions based on generative AI.
- Address algorithmic bias, transparency, and trust within the user experience.
- Collaborate with data and engineering teams to ensure clarity in human–AI interactions.
- Design experiences that explicitly communicate the role of AI (assistant, copilot, automation, etc.).
- Validate AI-generated outputs with real users.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
- Map user journeys and identify friction points.
- Translate business and user needs into viable solutions.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research (interviews, usability tests).
- Work with metrics (NPS, CSAT, conversion rate, retention).
- Prioritize problems based on impact and feasibility.
- Validate implementation and maintain visual quality post-release.
- Connect design decisions to business metrics.
- Influence strategic decisions based on data and research.
Requirements
- Degree in UX Design, Digital Design, Communication, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Strong experience in UX/UI design.
- Consistent portfolio with case studies that demonstrate process, strategy, and impact.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Experience with design systems and componentization.
- Familiarity with product metrics and data analysis.
- Basic front-end knowledge and technical feasibility awareness to communicate effectively with developers.
- Experience building AI products and/or experience in the education sector is a plus.
