About the role

Responsibilities
- Perform implementations of the Benner Saúde solution remotely or on-site;
- Configure and parameterize the system to meet client requirements;
- Conduct user interviews to gather requirements and map processes;
- Provide training on implemented modules;
- Support data migration from legacy systems;
- Respond to ad hoc requests via phone, email, or a ticketing system;
- Assist Project Managers in executing the implementation schedule;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of departmental processes.
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Experience working with healthcare payers/operators, either as an employee or as a vendor/supplier;
- Experience with support, implementation, or configuration of management systems (particularly healthcare-focused systems);
- Basic knowledge of SQL and/or VBA;
- Desired skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills; organization and commitment to deadlines and deliverables; proactivity and eagerness to learn; analytical ability and logical reasoning.
