Responsibilities
Provide corporate leadership for business architecture and business analysis practices.
Support portfolios in consistently applying practice frameworks, methodologies and tools.

Define, maintain and evolve practice frameworks.

Support impact, dependency and risk analysis.
Ensure solutions are aligned with business capabilities and target directions.
Support the management and development of human capabilities.
Contribute to the prioritization of initiatives based on value, risk and capability maturity.
Work closely with and provide hands-on management to direct reports.
Act as a day-to-day coach to direct reports, helping them with career development and supporting their daily activities.
Establish and maintain strong synergy and cohesion within teams.
Hold regular team meetings focused on engagement and strategic information sharing.
Support teams through organizational changes.
Produce, together with directors, a talent and career development plan.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with solid team management experience.
At least ten (10) years of experience in information technology, including a minimum of five (5) years managing teams.
Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale projects, including implementing foundational/structuring practices.
Good knowledge of project management.
Ability to work in an agile environment.
Advanced proficiency in French, both spoken and written, and advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
