Responsibilities
Marketing and commercialization of core products using a variety of marketing channels and tools.
Creation of media plans with a particular focus on local trade media and influencers.
Organization and execution of local product test events.
Responsibility for planning and executing local trade shows.
Use of centrally provided marketing assets to create local POS materials.
Development and organization of sell-in competitions and incentive programs for dealers.
Management of existing partnerships as well as identification and development of new collaborations.
Planning, management and optimization of the marketing budget with a focus on maximizing ROI.
Close collaboration with the PR department to ensure appropriate media presence.
Primary responsibility for activities in the Central Region (DACH + Nordics) and actively seeking synergies with the North (UK/Ireland) and East (Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Baltics) regions.
Alignment with the MC Marketing Manager SOUTH Europe to identify Europe-wide synergies and cost efficiencies.
Support for the Race Product Manager in the administrative coordination of European motorsport activities.
Support for local motorsport projects and events in the DACH region.
Requirements
Completed commercial training and/or a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a comparable field.
Experience in the motorcycle industry, ideally with strong product and market knowledge.
Relevant marketing experience in a similar role.
Solid MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Business‑fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
