Responsibilities
Delivers efficient, effective, collaborative, and continuously improving testing and test artifacts
Acts as a subject matter expert, participating in QA road mapping
Delivers improvements to the QA capability acting as a consultant across teams
Takes a lead role in addressing complex technical challenges
Provides guidance and expert level solutions to ensure successful project outcomes
Leads test activities across teams while removing roadblocks
Collaborates with teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements
Serves as scrum master, administering QA owned technologies
Represents BCLC interests in strategic relationships with external stakeholders
Leads and supports process improvement initiatives for QA capabilities
Participates in or leads presentations about QA achievements
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
4 to 6 years dedicated QA experience
At least 5 years of dedicated, progressive experience – preferably across multiple organizations
Assorted certifications (or demonstrated learnings) in QA technologies, best practices, and interpersonal skills
