About the role

Responsibilities
- Ownership of our finance and performance reporting and continuous development of our KPI framework
- Preparation of cash flow forecasts and liquidity planning, and support for financing, grant programs, and financial simulations
- Monthly performance reporting including analysis of key business metrics and derivation of recommended actions
- Forecasting and budget planning (forecast & budget) in close collaboration with the business units
- Business partnering with our department heads — analysis of performance, identification of potential improvements, and development of action plans
- Preparation of business cases, investment calculations, and profitability analyses to support strategic decisions
- Further development of our controlling tools and data structures
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in controlling, finance, or a comparable analytical environment (e.g., consulting, corporate finance, start-up/scale-up)
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Analytical mindset and strong numerical skills
- Ability to present complex matters clearly and understandably
- Confident demeanor and strong communication skills
- Hands-on mentality and a structured, independent way of working
- Advanced Excel skills and experience analyzing large datasets
- Experience with BI tools or reporting systems is a plus
