About the role
- RDM Release Delivery Manager at Bank of America coordinating multi-phase network project delivery. Collaborating with engineers and project managers to ensure timely execution and effective communication.
Responsibilities
- The RDM Release Delivery Manager works closely with assigned Engineers, Program and Project Managers and other support and service providers.
- Focuses and forecasts the delivery track of multi-phase work against change and release calendar(s).
- Understand the technical implementation/change processes, supports the Implementation Engineer throughout implementation (pre-during-post) and the full change management process.
- Responsible for the resolution of project escalations, tracks and manages synergies and dependencies supporting network implementation deliverables.
- Assures the timely delivery of Status reports, Financial Forecasts and Cost Sizing’s in accordance with the documented procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience required in technical role supporting network project/programs
- Experience with Change Management and CAB processes and procedures
- Strong background in IT service delivery role
- Jira, Confluence, Lean-Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe Agile methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, finance, or related field/technical training
- Must have strong analytical skills
- Industry Certifications in PMP, ITIL are strongly preferred, technical certifications such as CCNA
