About the role

• Junior Systems Analyst supporting the FIDC product in the Information Technology area during late and night shifts at Banco Daycoval.

Responsibilities

• Analyze technical issues, identify root causes, and propose structured, efficient solutions;
• Record, document, and communicate information clearly, accurately, and in an organized manner;
• Collaborate with the IT team and external vendors to support daily requests;
• Perform basic database queries and analyses to support incident investigation and data validation.

Requirements

• Well-organized with strong priority management skills;
• Knowledge of SQL;
• Familiarity with system testing (user acceptance/homologation) and system deployments;
• Basic understanding of change management (GMUD) processes;
• Knowledge related to FIDC (Credit Receivables Investment Funds);
• Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent);
• Availability to work afternoon and night shifts;
• Availability to work in the Paulista area (São Paulo).
