Responsibilities
Lead, manage and deliver strategic business change projects established to deliver BAM’s strategic agenda.
Work with Sponsors & Senior Stakeholders to translate strategy into outcomes.
Define the roadmap for change and ensure programmes and projects are delivered to time, cost and quality.
Role model Programme & Project delivery best practice.
Actively contribute towards the development of BAM’s Business Change & Delivery capability.
Requirements
Track record of delivering business change projects to time, cost and quality.
Strong stakeholder management skills and effective communicator.
Self-motivated, proactive and customer focused with excellent organisational skills.
Experience in business analysis and requirement definition.
Knowledge of project governance frameworks, planning tools, delivery methodologies and best practices.
Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.
Have experience managing multiple stakeholders and external suppliers within a single project.
Demonstrable blend of business, IT, financial and communication skills, as this is a highly visible position with substantial impact.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; expertise in setting and managing customer expectations.
Previous business change project management experience.
Experience of managing both business and IT projects.
Willingness to travel to other UK and Ireland locations.
