Responsibilities
- Ensure Microsoft D365 FSCM operates stably, efficiently and is future-ready across international environments
- System and user administration as well as system architecture in D365
- Act as the interface between business departments and IT
- Analyze processes and troubleshoot issues
- Maintain close collaboration with key users and implement requirements
Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft D365 FSCM or a comparable ERP system
- Practical experience in process consulting, customizing and second-level support
- Understanding of business operations and a good sense for pragmatic solutions
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of exchange on an equal footing
