Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering the Network and Security stream
- Guide complex technical investigations, systems engineering activities, and integration and testing efforts
- Ensure correct application of engineering processes, tools and governance
- Support program delivery throughout the design, delivery, acceptance and sustainment phases
- Contribute to broader project outcomes through planning and monitoring team performance
- Support business development activities
- Act as a technical authority when delegated
Requirements
- Extensive relevant experience in relatable technical/engineering roles
- Experience in managing applicable engineering function and/or technical delivery
- A good understanding of applicable engineering toolsets (e.g. PLM or MRP systems, design, simulation and analysis software)
- Knowledge of ICT and Cyber Security principles especially in High Frequency communications
- Familiarity of ILS, RAM, Safety and E3 processes and requirements
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve desired results
