Responsibilities
Develop modern ERP solutions based on Microsoft Business Central and stabilize the architecture
Work closely with product management and evaluate requirements
Analyze and implement data models and processes through technical/IT concepts
Support the entire product lifecycle — from idea and refactoring to quality assurance
Create clear documentation and enforce architectural standards
Actively participate in the Scrum team and make technical decisions
Requirements
Degree in IT, training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or an equivalent qualification, plus experience designing complex systems
Strong programming skills — ideally in Microsoft Business Central, ERP logic and relational databases
Ability to structure complex requirements clearly while keeping long-term system health in mind
Communicate openly within the team and advocate technical decisions convincingly
Work in a structured, solution-oriented way when selecting architecture or pragmatic solutions
Confident communication in German and English — both in collaboration and in documentation
