About the role
- Accounting role supporting financial closing processes for HGB & IFRS with SAP expertise. Collaborating on diverse financial topics in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Unterstützung bei Abschlussarbeiten sowie der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschluss nach HGB & IFRS
- Tägliche Bearbeitung der anfallenden Geschäftsvorfälle innerhalb des Kreditoren-, Debitoren- und Sachkontenbereichs sowie des Anlagevermögens
- Überwachung der OPOS-Listen sowie Steuerung des Mahnprozesses
- Übernahme von Sonderthemen: Rückstellungen, aktive und passive Rechnungsabgrenzung
- Überwachung, Kontrolle und Anpassung von Umlageverrechnungen innerhalb des Konzerns inkl. Intercompany-Abstimmung mit anderen Konzerngesellschaften
- Meldung an interne und externe Stellen (u.a. Umsatzsteuer)
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Finanzen
- 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung
- Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP FI/CO
- Neugierde, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Leidenschaft für die Vielfalt der Themen in der Buchhaltung
- Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse
