About the role
- Junior Controller managing financial reporting and budgets for Axians Infoma. Collaborating with teams on projects and utilizing modern digital tools for decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Independent responsibility for managing revenue, cost and profit controlling for our business unit, including monthly reporting
- Preparation of quarterly reforecasts and annual budgets, and ongoing monitoring of variances
- Support for the team leader in preparing the annual financial statements
- Collaboration and coordination with the Sales department on ongoing projects and billing
- Defining and reviewing monthly and quarterly exchange values and providing support to project managers
- Maintenance and further development of ERP system functionalities
- Developing decision-making frameworks and data for management
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or a university degree (Bachelor/Master) in a business-related field, ideally with a focus on controlling, or equivalent qualification
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); SAP experience is a plus
- Basic controlling knowledge and a strong affinity for numbers, or relevant commercial work experience desirable
- Committed, highly motivated, resilient and reliable
- Independent, structured and goal-oriented, as well as team-oriented working style
- Business-fluent German and good command of English
