About the role
- Manager Informationssicherheit & Qualitätsmanagement leading audits and process optimization for ISO 9001 & 27001. Work in a hybrid environment contributing to management system improvements.
Responsibilities
- Translate and implement requirements from standards such as ISO 9001 into practical work processes
- Provide appropriate methods and procedures for analyzing, optimizing, and monitoring an integrated management system
- Maintain and further develop these procedures across the organization
- Organize suitable trainings and workshops
- Detect and assess system deviations early and derive corrective and improvement measures
- Evaluate internal audits and provide support for external audits
- Assemble a qualified audit team
Requirements
- Degree in (industrial) engineering, (business) computer science, quality management, or a related discipline
- Initial practical experience in quality management, ideally in the context of ISO 9001
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, e.g., environmental regulations and information security (ISO 27001)
- Analytical thinking and a structured working approach
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland and Germany approximately 3 times per month
- Excellent spoken and written German
- Good English skills
