About the role
- IT Consultant to drive digitalization in public waste management. Collaborate on ERP implementations and provide user training with ongoing project management responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Digitalization of the municipal and commercial waste and disposal sector, together with your project team
- Analysis and optimization of processes related to our ERP system and adjacent specialist departments
- Process and organizational consulting in close collaboration with our customers and partners
- User training following software implementation
- Comprehensive, hands-on onboarding with a mentor, including seminars, webinars, qualified in‑house training and conferences.
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics (Wirtschaftsinformatik), Business Administration, or vocational training in a business-related field (e.g., office administrators, industrial clerks, IT systems clerks)
- Passion for IT and enthusiasm for consulting
- Initial experience in project management
- Desire for continuous professional development and lifelong learning
- Independent working style, high self-motivation and strong organizational skills
- Willingness to travel regionally
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
