About the role
- HR-Generalist managing the entire Employee Life Cycle and HR processes at avenit AG, including advising employees and leaders. Collaborating on HR projects and ensuring compliance with regulations while promoting a positive company culture.
Responsibilities
- Betreuung und Beratung von Mitarbeiter:innen & Führungskräften in allen HR-Fragen

- Steuerung von Recruiting & Employer Branding über Personio
- Initiierung und Umsetzung von HR-Projekten: Digitalisierung und Prozessoptimierung
Requirements
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung (mind. 5 Jahre) als HR-Generalist oder als HR-Business Partner
- Beratungskompetenz und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Solide Fachkenntnisse im Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
- Idealerweise Erfahrung mit dem HRIS-System Personio
- Motivation, unser schönes Büro in Offenburg regelmäßig zu besuchen
