Requirements
- Master’s degree in an engineering discipline, e.g., (industrial) engineering or a comparable program from a technical university
- Several years of relevant professional experience (at least 2–3 years), preferably in consulting and in demanding project roles
- Excellent German and English skills (C1/C2 level)
- Strong analytical skills and technical understanding
- Leadership mindset: willingness and ability to assume responsibility for projects, clients and team members
- Flexibility, initiative and enjoyment of interdisciplinary teamwork
