Responsibilities
- Manage the accounts receivable portfolio, monitoring and controlling financial receivables;
- Perform bank reconciliations for accounts receivable, ensuring records are accurate and timely;
- Conduct active collections for overdue customers;
- Optimize routines and automate processes to improve efficiency and productivity;
- Support the preparation of aging reports, delinquency reports, and performance indicators;
- Organize supporting documentation for activities and ensure the quality of information recorded in the financial system and the accounting reconciliation of the related amounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields;
- Analytical ability, strong communication and interpersonal skills, proactivity, results-oriented mindset, and focus on continuous improvement;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel;
- Nice-to-haves: experience with Protheus ERP (TOTVS), a postgraduate degree or MBA in the field, and experience with BI/Analytics.
