About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop and improve AI applications using pretrained or existing models (LLM, VLM, 3D CAD models) and ensure seamless integration of AI components into larger software systems
- Build and integrate end-to-end systems and applications with a focus on system design, user experience, and application logic
- Implement and optimize LLMOps and AgentOps practices
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, automate workflows, and improve R&D velocity
- Promote and establish best practices for code quality, infrastructure maintenance, model governance, security, and compliance
- Participate in design discussions with software architects and researchers to ensure a smooth transition from research to production
Requirements
- Degree in data science, computer science, statistics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Proficiency in Python and at least one other commonly used programming language (e.g., C++, Java, JavaScript)
- 3–5 years of MLOps/DevOps experience in a production environment
- Experience with industry best practices for developing and maintaining complex codebases
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements and work in ambiguous areas
- Ability to decompose complex problems into smaller components and deliver clear solutions
