About the role

• Involved in accounting tasks and strategic projects at Auren Energia, focusing on M&A and compliance. Seeking an analytical professional with advanced English in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare information bases for earnings releases and contribute to drafting the accounting sections of the Reference Form, working closely with areas such as Investor Relations;
• Act as the focal point in the Company's multidisciplinary projects related to M&A, commercial activities, restructurings, new accounting standards, and others;
• Provide technical accounting support to other business areas across various operations;
• Provide technical accounting support for the IFRS S1 and S2 implementation project;
• Prepare management analyses and consolidate information for corporate reporting;
• Responsible for responding to inquiries and organizing documentation requested by auditors;
• Prepare variance analyses of income and balance sheet, explaining significant movements and preparing supporting materials for management;
• Identify and enable actions for continuous improvement of the accounting area and its interface with other departments;
• Review quarterly and annual financial statements to ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and with CVM (Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission) regulations as a publicly traded company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Advantage: Postgraduate/MBA in Controllership/Finance
• Solid and proven experience in Controllership/Accounting/Audit
• Advanced English
• Knowledge of the energy sector
