Responsibilities
- Designing the Electrical and communication systems in both buildings & infrastructures
- Preparing detailed calculations of Electrical & Communication systems
- Preparing & developing detailed Revit models
- Developing & publishing construction documentation
- Updating and modifying existing models and construction documents
- Assist with creating and maintaining standard regional BIM templates
- Participate in design coordination meetings with other trades for clash detection
- Provide coordination support for the requests during construction phases
Requirements
- Bachelor/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
- At least 5-6 years of experience in the design of Electrical and communication systems
- Good knowledge of applying principles to design modeling & drawing
- Good basic knowledge of software tools: AutoCAD, Navisworks, Bluebeam
- Proficient in English communication skills and computer literate
- Familiarity with the BIMForum LOD Specification, plus AIA and NBIMS standards
- Good knowledge of construction technology and construction practices
- Keen to learn new BIM tools, procedures, best practices
- Possess a Professional Engineer License certified by the Council of Engineers, Thailand
