About the role

Responsibilities
- Monitor real-time network health and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Level 2/3 network incidents.
- Implement basic configuration changes on Cisco networking equipment.
- Manage alerts, tickets, and operational reports using ServiceNow, SolarWinds, Cisco Prime, and related tools.
- Diagnose connectivity, routing, and performance issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external providers to ensure timely resolutions.
- Maintain accurate and updated operational documentation.
- Participate in major incident management and high-priority situations.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of Cisco routers and switches.
- Strong command of BGP, EIGRP, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Telnet, SSH, and FTP.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring platforms such as ServiceNow, SolarWinds, Cisco Prime, Splunk, or Infoblox.
- Intermediate to advanced technical English level.
- Ability to work under pressure, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Network Engineering, or related fields.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in NOC functions or similar network operations roles.
