Responsibilities
Client and Property Management: Use the company’s active, established client portfolio to develop new transactions.
Active Prospecting: Source new properties and identify potential clients.
Customer Service: Build and nurture client relationships, delivering excellent service.
Sales Cycle Management: Oversee all phases of the real estate transaction, from property acquisition/listing through to closing, with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
Autonomy: Enjoy challenges and work independently with organization and a focus on ambitious objectives.
Requirements
Education / Experience: Experience in sales, commercial roles, or customer service is valued, but previous experience in real estate is not mandatory.
Communication and Empathy: Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal intelligence (empathy).
Entrepreneurial Attitude: Entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to take on challenges.
Presentation: Neat, professional appearance appropriate for the sector.
Languages: Fluency in Portuguese is required (knowledge of other languages is not mandatory).
Mobility (Mandatory): Own vehicle and full availability.
Place of Residence (Mandatory): Candidates must live near one of the offices in the following municipalities: Caminha / Vila Nova de Cerveira, Viana do Castelo, Póvoa de Varzim, Vila do Conde, Marco de Canaveses / Baião / Cinfães.
