Responsibilities

• Staff Administration: Identify current and future staffing availability based on technical and budgetary requirements.
• Recommends salary levels for new hires and initiates salary and position adjustment actions.
• Conducts performance reviews and career planning sessions.
• Project Management: Ensure appropriate staff allocation to projects considering schedules, budgets, and milestones.
• Monitors compliance with quality control standards and conducts periodic audits.
• Maintains visibility and professional currency by actively participating in professional organizations.
• Marketing: Participate in pursuing new project opportunities by maintaining contacts with clients.
• Contracts: Assist sales leads and project managers with staffing and contract negotiations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in field of practice
• Management coursework and/or MBA a plus
• 10 years of experience since B.S.
• At least three of these years in positions with project management or supervisory responsibilities
• Professional registration in field of practice (P.E.) is preferred.
