Responsibilities
- Provide professional therapeutic support and consultation to oncologists in hospitals and outpatient practices
- Analyze and evaluate available market data, for example by conducting market and potential analyses and identifying market opportunities
- Consistently implement company strategy and measures to ensure achievement of targets
- Develop account plans and manage the allocated budget
- Execute account strategies and plans in compliance with all regulations
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders regarding stakeholder insights and information
- Develop innovative training and education concepts based on current customer needs
- Participate in congresses, sponsorships and events to maintain and develop customer relationships
Requirements
- Degree in business administration or a natural science, a comparable qualification, or certified pharmaceutical representative
- Several years of field-based experience supporting specialist physicians and experience in oncology or other specialty care areas / specialist medical care
- Solid product, market and customer knowledge and an understanding of health policy contexts
- Confident presence with persuasiveness and enthusiasm, even in challenging situations
- Strong communication skills, strong customer orientation, high commitment and self-initiative
- Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
