About the role

- Develop IT strategies, IT solution roadmaps and portfolios for clients
- Serve as consultant and liaison between business departments and IT

- Support presales activities for digitalization projects
- Lead workshops and training sessions and prepare topics methodically
Requirements
- Some practical experience in IT consulting or IT project management
- Efficient analysis of processes and development of goal-oriented solutions
- Strong IT affinity and a hands-on mentality
- Clear communication, confident facilitation and persuasive presentation skills
- Analytical thinking, teamwork and an independent, structured way of working
- Fluent German language skills (at least C1)
- Completed degree (e.g., Business Administration, (Business) Informatics/Computer Science) or equivalent qualification
- Willingness to travel when client appointments require it
- Experience with agile methods (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
