- Attend and participate in didactic education designed to advance clinical reasoning and pattern recognition in orthopedic physical therapy

- Form alliances with patients and their families with the common goal of optimizing function following acute and chronic episodes of pain and dysfunction as well as surgeries
- Collaborate with other providers in coordinating patient and family care across multiple services
- Serve as instructional assistant for the University of Wisconsin – Madison - Doctor of Physical Therapy orthopedic courses
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited, entry-level degree program (Baccalaureate or higher) in Physical Therapy is required
- Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Wisconsin is required
- Certification in Healthcare Provider Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Automatic External Defibrillator is required
