Responsibilities
Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar across all digital channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and strategic alignment with marketing goals
Create engaging social media posts and copy for LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
Write high-quality blog articles, white papers, case studies, and thought leadership pieces that position the company as an industry authority
Draft press releases and media communications that effectively convey company news and milestones
Provide content direction to the design team for visual assets, infographics, carousels, and other multimedia content
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify content opportunities and gather subject matter expertise
Work closely with the design team to ensure written content and visual elements work harmoniously
Monitor content performance metrics and use data-driven insights to refine content strategy
Conduct content audits and competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging content formats
A to B test content approaches to continuously improve engagement and conversion rates
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
Experience: 3+ years of content marketing with a proven track record of creating diverse content types in B2B (ideally SaaS)
Writing Excellence: Exceptional writing and proofreading skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms
Social Media Expertise: Deep understanding of social media platforms, best practices, and content optimization strategies
SEO Knowledge: Solid understanding of SEO principles and how to optimize content for search engines
Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred: Experience in B2B SaaS
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.)
Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media analytics platforms)
Understanding of content distribution and promotion strategies
Fluent in English, written and verbal, and at least a professional level of French is essential
