Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in outdoor retail or customer service, merchandising, product development, wholesale, and/or retail buying roles
- Strong knowledge of sell through, calculating cost of goods, and the open to buy process
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Strong understanding of the active apparel market within the outdoor industry
- Excellent understanding of the design and development process
- Proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- Willing and able to travel as required
- Proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
- Highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
