Responsibilities
- Lead design efforts for industrial and data center projects
- Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams to ensure aligned and integrated delivery

- Facilitate team and client meetings, provide project updates to leadership and key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and decision-making
- Collaborate on developing winning strategies for RFPs and competitive pursuits
- Deliver engaging presentations, both written and verbal
- Identify business development opportunities across disciplines
- Engage in client communication, proposal preparation, and project interviews

Requirements
- Professional degree in architecture (M.Arch., B.Arch., or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- OAA Licensed Architect with at least 10 years’ experience in data centre and industrial building projects
- Proven experience leading and delivering large-scale, complex data centre and industrial projects
- Strong project leadership and multidisciplinary team coordination skills with minimal supervision
- Expertise in architectural design, technical detailing, and construction documentation
- Solid understanding of zoning bylaws and the Ontario Building Code
- Demonstrated business development capabilities, including client engagement and proposal preparation
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, including effective presentations
- Commitment to sustainability, innovation, and high-quality design
- Portfolio submission required; willingness to travel for field work and adapt to various work environments
