Responsibilities
- This role will form an integral part of our Global Excellence Centre (GEC).
- Contributing to a range of high-profile projects.
- Develop workplace test fits, space planning studies, and layout solutions.
- Deliver accurate, efficient, and code‑compliant planning within tight deadlines.
- Help clients assess feasibility and optimize their space.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams such as MEP and cost consultants.
- Contribute to improving digital workflows and planning tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Workplace design.
- Solid experience in test-fitting, blocking, and space planning.
- Ability to produce accurate test fits within tight deadlines (24–48 hours preferred).
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, working knowledge of Revit is an advantage.
- Familiarity with 3D visualization tools such as SketchUp or Enscape is preferred.
- Working knowledge of commercial building codes, ADA requirements, and space standards.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maximize space efficiency within constraints.
- Good coordination skills with MEP and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
