About the role
- E-commerce Developer responsible for developing and customizing stores on Salla and Zid platforms. Collaborating with teams to create high-performance online shopping experiences in a hybrid workspace.
Responsibilities
- **Key Responsibilities:**
- E-commerce Store Development: Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable front-end and back-end solutions for e-commerce stores on both Salla and Zid platforms.
- Salla & Zid App Development: Build and maintain custom applications to extend the core functionalities of Salla and Zid stores using their respective APIs and developer tools.
- Theme Customization with Tailwind CSS: Modify and customize existing themes on Salla and Zid to meet specific client requirements and branding guidelines, leveraging the full potential of Tailwind CSS for a utility-first approach.
- Third-Party Integrations: Integrate stores with various third-party services, including payment gateways, shipping carriers, inventory management systems, and marketing automation tools
- API Management: Work extensively with Salla and Zid APIs to manage store data such as products, orders, and customers, ensuring seamless data synchronization.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize the performance and loading speed of websites to enhance user experience and improve SEO.
- Technical Support & Maintenance: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, perform regular maintenance, and deploy updates to ensure the smooth operation of live stores.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with project managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
Requirements
- Experience: A minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience as a Full Stack or Front-End Developer.
- **Platform Expertise:**
- Demonstrable experience working directly with the Salla and Zid e-commerce platforms.
- Deep understanding of the Salla and Zid APIs, including their authentication methods and available endpoints.
- Proven ability to develop custom themes and applications for both platforms.
- **Technical Skills:**
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS for building modern, responsive, and utility-first user interfaces.
- Solid experience with at least one back-end programming language such as PHP (Laravel experience is highly preferred) or Node.js.
- Experience with database technologies like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- A firm grasp of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git.
