About the role
- Principal SAP Developer managing entire project lifecycles from planning to GoLive. Collaborating internationally on SAP solutions and technical consulting with teams and clients.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to projects as a (partial) project manager or consultant in process and/or implementation projects with a focus on SAP development.
- Take responsibility for and manage entire projects — from planning and concept through testing and the GoLive phase.
- Lead national and international projects and subprojects, including coordination of technical teams.
- Provide technical consulting in close collaboration with colleagues, clients and service providers in an international environment.
- Identify and drive business development of new, innovative topics to advance the department.
- Support the sales team with pre-sales activities.
Requirements
- Experience as a project manager across all project phases.
- Solid methodological knowledge of both traditional (waterfall) and agile project approaches.
- Strong communication and assertiveness skills, and effective moderation of decision-making processes.
- Know-how and experience in SAP development (ABAP/4, ABAP Objects, interface programming, SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, SAP Gateway, Core Data Services or SAP Cloud Platform).
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
