Responsibilities
**Summary of Role ****We are seeking a talented and motivated mid-weight Designer to join our growing creative team. This is a fast-paced, delivery-focused role suited to someone who is nimble, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under pressure. You will bring energy, curiosity, and strong attention to detail to every project, translating strategic ideas into clear, engaging visual outcomes.** ******As part of Anthesis, a certified B Corp, you will work primarily on a key commodities trading client, collaborating closely with designers, writers, business directors and the video and animation team to deliver high-quality design solutions to tight deadlines. ********Key Responsibilities:** **Design and Delivery**
Collaborate with the creative team to deliver high-quality design across digital and social assets, InDesign-based print, editorial layouts, and polished PowerPoint presentations.
Take ownership of assigned tasks or workstreams that align with the brief, brand, and client objectives.
Translate complex, technical or data-heavy content into clear and engaging visual communication.
Contribute ideas and creative input in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
Work confidently across multiple tasks and shifting priorities, often to tight deadlines.
Manage files, versions, and assets efficiently to support smooth project delivery.
Maintain brand integrity and design consistency across all formats.

Build positive, collaborative working relationships with internal teams and clients.
Communicate clearly and confidently in English, ensuring alignment throughout the design process.
Comfortable working independently on assigned tasks, while collaborating closely with senior team members.

Requirements
**Key Requirements**Essential**
4-7 years’ experience in a design role, working across digital, print, brand identity, and presentation design.
Proficient in Adobe InDesign, with strong layout, typography, and print-ready file preparation skills.
Proficient in PowerPoint creating clear, on-brand and engaging presentations:
Working with excel data
Creating charts, infographics and visual frameworks
A positive, proactive team player with curiosity, humility, and a willingness to learn.
**Nice to have**
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience in Figma, Motion and 3D design.
Experience with (or strong interest in) commodities, trading, finance, or corporate clients.
