About the role
- Legal Counsel providing legal advice on international industrial contracts and employment law. Involved in projects on legal risk management and AI integration in contract law.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice to our business units in contract, corporate and employment law
- Draft and negotiate contracts, with an emphasis on international industrial agreements
- Participate in a project to manage legal risks
- Participate in a project on the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in contract law
- Conduct in-house training on legal topics
- Support and manage the network of international external counsel
Requirements
- Degree in law and admission to the bar
- Interest in the industrial sector and enjoyment of working in an interdisciplinary team
- Quick grasp of new topics and an independent working style
- Modern way of working and good IT user skills; knowledge of legal AI tools is an advantage
- Fluent German and English; other languages advantageous, e.g., Italian, Turkish
