Requirements
- Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service
- Demonstrated effective management or leadership experience
- Demonstrated underwriting experience in area of expertise (specific products or line)
- Solid knowledge and understanding of insurance, underwriting guidelines and risk concepts in area of expertise
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills to review complex cases and/or review lines or books of business
