Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of electrical engineering design and construction support functions
- Survey/assess existing facility
- Planning, scoping and estimating engineering effort
- Field work to assess existing conditions
- Report writing, conceptual design; design development
- Assistance with cost estimating
- Technical review of design packages
- Directing the activities of more junior engineering staff
Requirements
- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-certified institution
- 15 or more years of electrical engineering design experience
- Construction support experience for construction engineering activities
- Citizen of United States
- Short Circuit Analysis experience
- Very knowledgeable in the NEC
- Experience leading groups of engineers and designers on major projects
- Experience leading technical discussions with clients
- Ability to author proposals and Statements of work is a plus
